This Privacy Notice for U.S. Residents (this "Notice") supplements the information contained in the United States Bakery ("U.S. Bakery," "we," or "us") Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of certain U.S. states that have their own data privacy laws and regulations, and associated rights.  Please read this Notice in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

We may offer various sweepstakes, contents, or other promotional campaigns ("Programs") that provide certain benefits to our users and customers. In general, we collect personal information to support and fulfill the Programs, which could include identifiers, demographic information, commercial information, Internet or other electronic network activity information, and geolocation data. NEVADA

Nevada’s privacy law, known as Senate Bill 220, provides Nevada residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales.  However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
